By Phone
Telephone orders are always welcome using Mastercard, Visa, Solo or Switch. Extra security measures will be taken to guard against credit card fraud. We can advise you on size, colour and competition etiquette if you telephone (01386) 725561 during shop hours. An answer service is available outside these hours.

By Fax
We have a 24 hour fax line - so you can complete your order form and fax it to us at any time. Be sure to include your telephone number in case of queries. Fax your form to (01386) 725685.

Overseas Orders
We are happy to export orders. Please phone for carriage charge. Please always ask for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent.

Delivery
Where goods ordered are in stock, despatch is usually the same day for Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. Please allow up to five working days for Standard Service, although most orders do arrive within 48 hours.

Postage and Packaging
P&P within the UK is £5.95 standard (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands). Postage is not refundable on returns.

Returns
Refunds and exchanges will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we recieve the returned goods.
Where you require an exchange, this will be sent postage free (mainland only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry (Health & Safety Act 1972). Riding hats and body protectors cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices
Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or letter, to request your instructions.

All prices in the catalogue and on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15% unless the price is marked * (this indicate the item is zero rated). Our registered VAT number is 825324247.

Opening Hours
The shop is open six days a week (closing Sundays, except December). We also open all Bank Holidays except Christmas and New Year.
