Overseas Orders
We are happy to export orders. Please phone for carriage charge. Please always ask for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent.

Payment
Where goods ordered are in stock, despatch is usually the same day for Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. Please allow up to five working days for Standard Service.

Postage
P&P within the UK is £5.95 plus VAT, standard (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands). Postage is not refundable on returns.

Returns
Refunds and exchanges will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 7 days of receiving them. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we recieve the returned goods.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free (mainland only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry (Health & Safety Act 1972). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices
Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or letter, to request your instructions.
